Care Inspectorate

Received an introductory visit from our new inspector from the Care Inspectorate today.

Lyn McLean will be inspecting us this year so it was very nice to put a face to name! We are very much looking forward to her return later on in the year so we can show off all the positive changes we have made.

Both staff and service users will have the opportunity to chat with her. When you receive your questionnaires from the care inspectorate there will be an option to say how you would prefer to be contacted (e.g. face-to-face, telephone, email or not at all). 

We hope that you all get involved, and we look forward to receiving honest feedback to help us to continue to develop and improve the support we provide.
